Text Sorter (Sort Lines)

Sorts lines of text alphabetically (case-sensitive or insensitive) or numerically. Can optionally remove duplicate lines.

Instructions

1. Paste the text you want to sort into the text area. 2. Select the 'Sort Type' (Alphabetical or Numerical). 3. Choose the 'Sort Order' (Ascending or Descending). 4. For Alphabetical sort, decide if it should be 'Case Sensitive'. 5. Optionally, check 'Remove Duplicate Lines' to keep only unique lines (first occurrence is kept). 6. Click 'Run Tool'. The sorted text will appear in the output area.

Choose how to compare lines: alphabetically (A-Z) or numerically (1, 5, 10).
Choose the direction of the sort.
If unchecked, 'Apple' and 'apple' are treated as the same for sorting order.
If checked, identical lines will be removed, keeping only the first occurrence before sorting.
